Supportive Solutions will never become signers on our clients’ accounts. We have suggested strategies for bill payment. The goal is to help our client feel in control of their finances, not detached.

There is no charge for the initial inquiry meeting which can be by phone, virtually or in person. The purpose for this meeting is to learn more about your needs and to see if we are good fit for each other.

Fee schedules are based on the number of hours anticipated and the scope of work.

If you are looking to get time back into your life for the things that bring you happiness, Joy is here to help you achieve that goal.  Her attention to detail, professionalism and work ethic comes from years of experience with a high level of confidentiality. 

Joy graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.  Her 35 year work history includes teaching middle school students, working professionally in private medical offices providing billing services and various roles within our local hospital.  Joy has the experience of working with health insurance companies and translating the information to her clients in an easy-to-understand fashion. Joy is a certified Community Health Worker.

Joy has also served on the Supervisory Committee for Green Mountain Credit Union.

 Being an advocate at her core, it is what she strives to be for her clients. 

Joy has life experience with organization and auditing bills to be paid for the purpose of accuracy. Her willingness to work as a team with other professionals made the transition to owning her own business a natural one.  In 2024, her advocacy for representing individuals and families encouraged her to start Supportive Solutions, LLC.
